I realize that I have been quite misled by the notion that happiness necessarily equates fulfillment in life. I recently realized that grief, anger, and reverence for life have similarly guided me in becoming who I am. I hope to bring a series of works that encourages the audience to empathize with my many emotional experiences regarding my place in and wonder for the world.
I chose mediums that often toe the line between 2D and 3D. From an ideological perspective, these experiments explore a branch of critical thinking where the audience is at liberty to apply implications to visual cues. It's an urge to return to the overwhelming beauty of objective reality.
